Diverse Professional Experience
Kalor's experience includes more than 12,000 families in crisis through the Texas Department of Human Services as a Child Protective Services investigator. He has also worked with businesses, organizations, government entities, churches, educational institutions, and at-risk students. In the financial services and mortgage industry, he assisted more than 1,900 individuals and families with significant financial decisions.
Mediation & Alternative Dispute Resolution
Through Peaceful Resolutions LLC, Kalor provides professional, confidential, and cost-effective Alternative Dispute Resolution services for individuals, couples, families, schools and universities, nonprofit organizations, and small to medium-sized businesses. His work includes a wide range of civil, family, business, workplace, property, educational, and community disputes, including Title IX administrative conferences and mediation. He also provides conflict-resolution training to help individuals and organizations develop practical skills for managing conflict.
Financial Expertise in Divorce & Collaborative Matters
As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, Kalor brings additional financial knowledge to divorce-related matters. He helps parties understand and evaluate financial considerations and also serves as a financial neutral in collaborative divorce matters.
